  • All products are printed to order. If you place your order now, it will ship within two weeks. Please allow additional 3 - 6 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping may be available depending upon the product(s) selected and the destination country

  • Here at Afenomenon, we want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution. For any quality issues. Be sure to provide clear photos of the the products on a flat, well lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

  • For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Afenomenon Store purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within a 7 day period after receipt of your product to receive a full refund. Please email support@afenomenon.com with your name, order number and reason for returning the item to begin the process. If you are returning a physical item a returns label will be emailed to you for printing.

    If you do not have access to a printer, a physical label can be dispatched to you upon request. After receipt of the return at Afenomenon, a refund will be authorized within 2-3 days. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender.

    Please note – postage and packaging charges for returns of physical items are your responsibility. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us, as we won’t be able to process your refund until we receive the item.
